High-Stakes Showdowns Await: Fury-Usyk, Joshua-Wilder Offered Premium Price; Wilder's Trainer Eyes Andy Ruiz Clash

Amer Abdallah, the representative of Skill Challenge Promotions, exudes confidence in the realization of an exhilarating four-man heavyweight tournament set to take place in Saudi Arabia.

This high-stakes event is expected to feature boxing luminaries Oleksandr Usyk, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, and Deontay Wilder.

Skill Challenge Promotions has left no room for doubt about its ambitions, as it recently secured a co-promotional agreement with Usyk, aiming to arrange an eagerly anticipated undisputed bout against Fury. Furthermore, it has been reported that Wilder has also come to terms with the promotional company, further fueling the anticipation surrounding a potential showdown with Joshua.

Highlighting the company's determination, Abdallah hinted at their willingness to invest substantial financial resources to ensure the fruition of these monumental fights.

“The offer that will be made from Skill Challenge will be a very good offer. It won’t be one that we’re going to go back and forth with.

“It’s going to be a premium price, and we’re going to offer it to these guys and pay them their market value, if not, maybe even a little bit more.

“We’re going to put on great fights and a great event. If anything prevents this fight from happening it’s because certain individuals don’t want the fight to happen, it won’t be because the money isn’t there,”

Prior to the anticipated heavyweight tournament, there are important bouts in the pipeline for Fury, Joshua, and Wilder, all aiming to step into the ring before December. While Fury has encountered difficulties in securing an opponent, Joshua is determined to make his return in September.

In the case of Wilder, his trainer Malik Scott has confirmed that there is a possibility of Andy Ruiz Jr. being his next opponent. Wilder has been inactive since his impressive first-round knockout victory over Robert Helenius last year.

Although a fight between Wilder and Ruiz was previously mandated by the WBC with the winner set to become the mandatory challenger for Fury, the match did not materialize. Nevertheless, Wilder remains eager to make his comeback in September, recognizing the significance of an upcoming fight as he prepares for a potential blockbuster showdown with Joshua in Saudi Arabia come December.

Meanwhile, Ruiz has also spent a year outside the ring since his triumph over Luis Ortiz. The personal struggles and highly publicized divorce battle of Ortiz have unfortunately affected his career, with allegations of domestic violence against the fighter. However, Scott views Ruiz as a viable option and a potential target for Wilder's next bout.

“That’s the buzz fight right now and it’s looking like that might be the route we end up going. Deontay is in the position where so many big fights are lined up that anything or any opponent can possibly change.

“Andy Ruiz is definitely one of the main options right now and we’ll see where it lands at. In my opinion I’d like to see it at the Crypto Center and I like Vegas,” Scott
