The bout, scheduled for 10 rounds, will take place at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, on June 1st, and is promoted by Fanmio, the same organization behind the Mayweather vs. Logan Paul spectacle.
According to a report by renowned MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, Fanmio will partner with Diaz's Real Fight Inc. and Masvidal's Gamebred Boxing Promotions for the event. While further details are forthcoming, Masvidal has already confirmed the fight's legitimacy by discussing it with Draft Kings.
