Logan Paul offers a glimpse of his facial injury inflicted by Dillon Danis ahead of their upcoming boxing showdown.
The YouTube sensation and MMA fighter Danis are set to face off in a highly-anticipated bout on the undercard of KSI vs. Tommy Fury, with the action airing live on talkSPORT this Saturday night in Manchester.
Tensions escalated during the pre-fight press conference as the fierce rivalry between the two came to a head. In a heated exchange of words, Paul hurled a bottle at Danis, prompting Danis to retaliate by tossing a microphone that struck Paul, leaving a visible cut on his face. As security swiftly intervened to escort Paul from the stage, Danis shared an image of the aftermath, with blood on the floor, captioned: 'Play with fire, get burnt, p***y.'
Danis was later spotted engaging in a tense face-off with Mike Perry, sparking speculation that Paul might have withdrawn due to an injury. However, the YouTuber quashed these concerns with a tweet: 'This Saturday we're catching a predator.'
Paul later shared a selfie on his Instagram story, donning dark glasses and captioning it with: 'Can't see the haters.' His right cheek exhibited noticeable swelling, and the cut remained visible.
It potentially leaves Paul with a weak spot for Danis to try and exploit on Saturday night - and fans will no doubt question whether that is fair.
